Via our contact and stay-request forms, we collect: surname, first name, email address, phone number, and the information you provide about your stay (dates, number of guests, preferred apartment, mobility, mode of transport, message). No medical data is requested.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to handle your request, share our availability with you and manage the booking relationship. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for 3 years after the last contact for commercial follow-up, unless you request its deletion.
Recipients
Your data is intended solely for Clément and Mathilde. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Bookings made via Airbnb, Booking.com or our booking engine are subject to those platforms' respective privacy policies.
Your rights
